Rescheduling And Cancellation
Change is the only constant in this world. If you need to reschedule,we will be glad to help. However rescheduling your reservation is subject to room availablity and it is also compulsary to inform us before ten days of your arrival. In the event of cancellation of your reservation, cancellation charges apply.These charges are as follows :
 Before 7 days 15% of booking amount.
Between 7 days to 48 hours 50% of booking amount
Less than 48 hrs or no shows – No refund
Note :- Time will be counted from the check-in time of hotel, that is 12 Noon .
Group Booking
Reservation for 5 or more rooms are considered as group booking. Please note that group bookings need to be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation of a group booking involves the following cancellation charges :
7 days prior to arrival : 50 percent of one day room tariff for the block of rooms reserved.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival :One day room tariff for reserved rooms.
Relaxtiation
You can cancell 20% of booked rooms to inform us
48 hours prior to arrival without any cancellation charge.
Check In, Check Out 12 Noon
In keeping with our hightend security procedures we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while check-in .Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa .Indian nationals can present any one of these,which is mandatory:Passport , Driving License , Voter ID Card , Pan card or Credit/Debit/ATM card bearing the holder’s photograph.
Early Check in & late Check Out is subject to availibity of room.
